We process orders Tuesday to Friday between 09:00 – 16:00 GMT. Orders placed outside this period will be processed the following working day. Processing orders of in stock products takes 3-7 working days, for made to order items, we will contact you about the estimated production and delivery time.

Our orders are shipped by PostNL and usually get to their destination in The Netherlands within 2 working days. Shipment of international orders can take up to 10 working days. Your order is sent out insured to prevent any damage or loss on its way to you. You will receive an email with the track and trace number so that you can follow the shipment.

If you’re not entirely satisfied with the product(s) that you have chosen you can return your order within 30 days after the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email us your request to return your order in advance at with the order number as reference. If your return is accepted,  the undamaged product in its original packaging should be send to our company address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please ensure the returning packaging is properly secured as we cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
1) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or customised products, such as special orders or personalised items.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error.  Please email us your request to exchange your order in advance at with the order number as reference and a picture of the damaged item.
We will assess your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
